Procedural posture

Appellee trustee brought suit against appellant debtor's mother and sought to recover real property and cash allegedly belonging to the debtor's estate. The debtor's mother appealed the judgment rendered by the bankruptcy court granting in part the trustee's complaint for relief pursuant to 11 U.S.C.S. §§ 544, 547, 548, 550, and 551. The judgment decreed that the real property at issue had to be returned to the debtor's estate.
