District court erred in reversing sanctions against creditor's law firm and managing attorney for false or misleading statements.
Procedural posture

Appellant United States trustee appealed an order of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania that reversed sanctions originally imposed in a bankruptcy court on appellees, a law firm, the only partner of the firm, and a managing attorney at the firm, for violations of Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9011. The district court also reversed sanctions against a creditor even though it never appealed the sanctions.
