Appellant debtor appealed a decision by United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore, reversing a bankruptcy court order declaring that her Maryland state income tax liability for the tax years 1992-1996 had been discharged in bankruptcy. The bankruptcy court determined that the report required by Md. Code Ann., Tax-Gen.§ 13-409 was not an equivalent notice or rreport within the meaning of 11 U.S.C.S. § 523(a)(1)(B).
