Procedural posture

Debtors, a commodities firm and affiliated businesses, filed petitions under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, and a group of commodities customers filed a motion seeking an order requiring that the debtors' bankruptcy cases be administered under 11 U.S.C.S. §§ 761-767 and 17 C.F.R. pt. 190. The Chapter 11 trustee, a committee of creditors, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") filed objections to the motion.
