At a hearing on confirmation of debtor's chapter 13 plan, the issue was whether a buyout obligation of the debtor and owed to creditor wife was a domestic support obligation as defined by 11 U.S.C.S. § 101(14A), entitled to priority treatment under 11 U.S.C.S. § 507(a)(1), whether it was part of a property settlement between the two.
