Procedural posture

Debtors filed a petition under chapter 13 and a plan for repaying their creditors. A trustee was appointed to represent the debtors' bankruptcy estate, and he filed an objection to confirmation of the debtors' plan, claiming that the amount the debtors proposed to pay to nonpriority unsecured creditors did not satisfy the projected disposable income requirements of 11 U.S.C.S. § 1325(b).
