Ruling
Debtor's disagreement with decisions made was not grounds for removal of chapter 11 trustee.
Procedural posture

Debtor filed a petition under chapter 11, and the court directed the United Stated Trustee (UST) to appoint a trustee for the debtor's bankruptcy estate. The debtor filed a motion for an order under 11 U.S.C.S. § 1105 that terminated the trustee's appointment, returned her to debtor-in- possession status, and required the trustee to account for fees and expenses. The UST and the chapter 11 trustee opposed the motion.
