Chapter 7 debtor filed an adversary proceeding against defendants, an Assistant United States Trustee ("UST") and a chapter 7 trustee, claiming that defendants breached their fiduciary duties, were negligent, and committed defamation. The United States substituted itself for the Assistant UST and filed a motion to dismiss the debtor's claims. The chapter 7 trustee also filed a motion to dismiss the debtor's claims.
