Judgment creditor, an LLC, filed an adversary proceeding against defendant debtors, seeking a determination that a judgment it obtained against the debtors in an Idaho court created a debt that was nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C.S. § 523(a)(2)(A). The creditor filed a motion for summary judgment based upon the doctrine of issue preclusion.
