Hamilton v. Appolon (In re Hamilton)

Appellant, the administratrix of a deceased chapter 13 debtor, challenged an order of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts that dismissed an adversary proceeding the debtor had initiated against defendants after one of the defendants had obtained an allegedly improper mortgage on property that the debtor had obtained approval to sell.
