In re Ginther

The debtor filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition, listing an attorney as an unsecured nonpriority claimant with a claim valued at zero that was contingent, unliquidated, and disputed. The attorney filed proofs of claim, seeking to recover fees for legal services she had provided to the debtor. The debtor objected to the claims.
