Waldrop v. Discover Bank (In re Waldrop)

Whether debtor had stated a claim against defendants for a willful violation of the 11 U.S.C.S. § 362 stay by the bank, acting through the attorney, instructing debtor's garnishee bank to hold garnished funds "subject to further order of the court", but taking no further action to release the funds, have the court lift the stay or determine the parties' interests in the funds.
