Debtor could not cut off rights of creditor in hotel room revenues which were property of the estate.
Issue: 
Whether like rents, the assignee of an assignment of rents may cut off the rights of the assignor in hotel room revenues by declaring a default in the underlying obligation and demanding that the revenues be collected by the assignor and turned over to the assignee.
