Debtor filed a petition under chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, and a trustee was appointed to represent the bankruptcy estate. The trustee filed a motion to dismiss the debtor's bankruptcy case and an unsecured creditor filed a motion to convert the case to one under chapter 7. The court held a consolidated hearing on both motions.
