Court declined to exercise its discretion in favor of the debtor's ex wife to whom thebankruptcy debtor was indebted as 2 years had already passed since the beginning of theproceedings, and to rule in favor of the ex wife would be to impose a great injustice upon thedebtor. (Bankr. N.D. Ga.)
