Procedural posture

The debtors filed for relief under chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Plaintiff, a chapter 7 trustee, filed an adversary proceeding against defendant mother to recover a pick-up truck that was in the individual's possession. The trustee contended, and the mother disputed, that the truck was part of the estate. After submission of the matter on written briefs and the record, the court issued findings of fact and conclusions of law.
